Quick Launch changes that. For a full year, we offset your monthly costs, cover franchise and royalty fees, and provide your signs, business cards, name frames, and a newspaper announcement — all included. You start on a conventional split, then progress to 90/10 as you build momentum.
Most importantly, you're assigned a dedicated mentor — an experienced agent who receives a stipend from the brokerage to invest time in your success. That's not lip service; it's a financial commitment we make to your development.

We believe compensation should match where you are in your career. That's why we offer three distinct programs — and we'll walk you through each one privately to find the right fit.
For New Licensees
A full-year program with monthly cost offsets, covered franchise fees, and a conventional-to-90/10 split progression. Designed to get your career started without the financial stress.
For Established Producers
A monthly operational fee, 90/10 split, and once you reach the cap — 100% commission with only a modest per-transaction processing fee. Built for agents who are tired of paying endlessly.
Flexible Alternative
A conventional split model with negotiated rates based on your production history. Replaces the monthly desk fee for agents who prefer this structure.
Commissions are paid twice a week. When we receive the commission, you get paid that morning — by cheque or e-transfer. You work hard for that commission, and we don't believe in making you wait.

Originally from St. Catharines, Wayne began his real estate career as a top-producing salesperson before founding RE/MAX Garden City Realty in 1984. Under his leadership, the brokerage has grown to over 100 agents across three offices and has held the #1 market position in the Niagara Region since 1986.
Wayne is also the developer of The Money Machine — an investment and retirement planning seminar that has helped countless agents build long-term wealth alongside their real estate careers. His philosophy is simple: invest in your agents, and the results will follow.
